This privacy policy sets out what information Derek Pring Marine Artist (DPMA) gathers about you and what it is used for. What information do DPMA collect?

DPMA may collect your email address, name, telephone number or home address. This information may be collected through email or via direct communications with DPMA.

Should you not provide some of the information DPMA require, DPMA may not be able to provide a full quote or complete the works agreed.

Why do DPMA collect your data and what do DPMA do with it?

DPMA require information to better understand your needs and to communicate with you about any agreed or potential work you would like completed, to include:

Internal record keeping
The completion of a quote or estimate for work to be completed
The organisation of works to be completed.

DPMA will hold your information for the period required for work to be completed and for enough time following this to contact you regarding the works.

We do not use any automated decision making or processes with regards to your information.

Who will your information be shared with?

DPMA will not sell or lease your information to any third party.

Security

DPMA take all reasonable precautions to keep your personal information secure, including safeguards against unauthorised access, use or data loss. This includes ensuring that any third parties who perform work on DPMA’s behalf, such as Microsoft in the provision of it’s email service (Outlook) complies with security standards as part of their contractual obligations.

You have the right to withdraw consent for the use of your personal data at any time and maintain full rights with reference to your data in line with the General Data Protection Regulation. You may raise a complaint in regard to this at any stage to the ICO.
